What is a creative fee?The creative fee reserves your session. You can find out more about what the session fee includes on the specific pages. All images, products, and packages are sold separately.

Do you have set business hours?You can contact us Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Sessions are by appointment only.

What payment options do you offer?You can pay with cash, check, and credit/debit card.

Can we include our fur babies?Yes! You can include you pets, but for outdoor sessions only! But I do recommend bringing an extra person to help with your pet.

What should I expect in my maternity session?The maternity session is your chance to capture the precious moments before you new baby arrives. I do a mix of posed shots and lifestyle shots. I will guide you through the whole session so it will be effortless and enjoyable.

When should I book my session? How far long should I be when we take maternity pictures?You will want to book your session or contact us during your second trimester. It is best to have your maternity pictures taken at 28-34 weeks.

What should I wear for my maternity session?I have a variety of gowns available for you to use. You are welcome to come in and try them on. If you choose your own clothes, I suggest wearing clothing that are your natural style and make you feel good. If you need help, I will happily assist you finding the perfect outfits!

Where will my maternity session take place?You have the options of my studio and any outdoor locations within 30 miles of 37398. We can talk more about this during our consultation call.

What can I bring?You are welcome to bring any props, such as an ultrasound photo, baby shoes, a personalized item, etc. But you are not required to bring anything.

Can my partner/spouse and my children be included?Yes!

When should we reserve our session?It is best to book during your second trimester. If baby is already here, please contact me as soon as possible.

How old should my newborn be for the newborn session?The best time to photograph a newborn is 7-21 days old.

Are parents and siblings allowed to be included in the session?Yes! We will take some time at the beginning of the session to take photos with the family.

Where does the session take place?Typically the session will be located at my studio, but if you are wanting an at home newborn session, please let me know.

What should I bring to the session?I offer plenty of props, outfits, and headbands. If you to bring any props, please let me know during our consultation call. Also, bring extra milk (or plan to breastfeed), a pacifier, and a baby brush.

What should I expect in a newborn session?A newborn session is your chance to capture how precious this short period of time is because the newborn stage does not last very long. The newborn stage can also be a little exhausting, so feel free to sit back and relax. I have seating right next to my working area, so you can keep an eye on the little one the whole time.

Do you offer hair and makeup?YES!! The newborn session fee includes complimentary hair and makeup that is done in my studio by my amazing hair and makeup artist, Ivy Cates!

What kind of sessions is "portrait sessions"?A portrait session can be for your family, a graduating senior, couple, or children only. We will plan out your session in our consultation after your reserve your session.

Where will the session take place?Family sessions are held at an outdoor location that is completely up to you. I have lots of suggestions so if you are not sure where, I will help you decide.
